The DEI Competency Model provides a baseline framework for identifying and assessing individual, group, and company-wide commitment and maturity to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Here is a sample Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Competencies List. You may make modifications to the DEI competencies and also to the rating scale:
